FindLoci eyewear is eligible for FSA, HSA, and most vision insurance plans. You pay at checkout and get reimbursed by your provider.

FSA and HSA

Prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses are qualifying medical expenses under FSA and HSA plans.

How to pay: Use your FSA or HSA debit card at checkout, or pay with any card and submit your itemized receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement.

Standard non-prescription sunglasses are not FSA/HSA eligible. They qualify with a prescription or a Letter of Medical Necessity from your eye doctor.

Vision Insurance

FindLoci is out-of-network with vision insurance providers. You pay upfront, then submit your itemized receipt to your insurer for reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefit. Most plans cover a portion of your frames and lenses. The exact amount depends on your provider and plan.

Common vision insurance providers:

Log in to your provider's member portal to find out-of-network claim forms. If your provider isn't listed, check your plan's website or call the number on your insurance card.

What's On Your Receipt

Every FindLoci receipt includes the details your provider needs:

  • Frame name and model
  • Lens type (single vision, progressive, readers, non-prescription)
  • Lens add-ons (Transitions, polarization, anti-reflective, and others)
  • Prescription details
  • Itemized pricing breakdown

You can download your receipt from your account at any time.

Common Questions

Can I use insurance directly at checkout?

No. FindLoci is out-of-network, so we don't bill insurance directly. You pay at checkout and get reimbursed by your provider.

How long does reimbursement take?

This depends on your plan. Most providers process out-of-network claims within a few weeks.

Will my plan cover the full cost?

Most plans cover a portion based on your out-of-network benefit. Check with your provider for specifics.
