Where do Loci glasses work?
Loci glasses work anywhere in the world where the Apple Find My network and Google Find Hub networks are available. If your glasses are nearby, you can use features like playing a sound and proximity-based finding. If they're farther away, you can view their last known location and, when available, locate them through participating devices within the network. Features and coverage may vary by device and location.
Do Loci glasses need a new app?
No. If you own an iPhone, simply add the tracker to the native Apple Find My app. If you own an Android phone, add it to the Find Hub app. This app is not pre-installed on all Android phones, so you might need to download it first.
Do Loci glasses work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. Both are fully supported. Choose your network when you set up and choose to re-pair your frames if you ever change ecosystems.
To use your Loci Eyewear on an iPhone, your device must be running iOS 14.5 or later. The latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended.
The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.
To use your Loci Eyewear on an Android phone, your device must be running Android 9 or later with Google Play Services installed.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Loci glasses do not require a subscription of any sort.
